The Central Mille Lacs United Way is conducting its annual campaign for qualified charitable organizations. Through your contribution you support the organizations listed on the CentralMilleLacsUnitedWay.org home page. Each person's contribution is important as these organizations depend on the generosity of many people. They need your help to succeed.
   
Please mail your contribution to Central Mille Lacs United Way, P.O. Box 73, Milaca, MN 56353. You can print out the form below and include that with your donation. If you prefer, you may place your contribution in the night depository at First National Bank of Milaca -- it's located on the left side of the bank's front entry.
   
Also for your convenience, contributions can be made to the Central Mille Lacs United Way with a regular payroll deduction from your employer. Contributors can pledge 1-1/2 hours of pay per month, an hour of pay per month, or any other amount desired. The payroll deduction program is as simple as printing out and filling out the card below. Bring the card to your employer and they will mail the contributions from your payroll deduction to Central Mille Lacs United Way.
   
You can also make a contribution online by going to GiveMN.org and designating your contribution to Central Mille Lacs United Way.
   
Your gift is tax-deductible as allowed by law. For Federal Income Tax purposes, United Way confirms that no goods or services have been given in return for this contribution.
